Receiving your testamur
Your individual circumstances will depend on how you will receive your testamur:
- If you attend your graduation ceremony, you'll receive your testamur at the ceremony.
- If you didn't attend a graduation ceremony and submitted the online Graduate Response indicating you wished to have your testamur mailed, your testamur will be mailed within two weeks after your Faculty's Toowoomba graduation ceremony. It's important your mailing address is current and this can be updated via UConnect > UDo tab > Personal Information.
- If you didn't attend a graduation ceremony and didn't submit the online Graduate Response, you will not receive your testamur until you've completed a Past Graduate Response Form
Replacing your testamur
USQ can issue replacement testamurs as a result of loss, damage, change of name or the re-issuing of a DDIAE/UCSQ Testamur.
You can view and order the photographs taken at your graduation ceremony.

Graduates attending a ceremony in Toowoomba can view their graduation ceremony via webcast.

Third Party Verification of USQ Graduates and Graduation Documents
As a graduate, you may require the University to undertake verification of your status or documents to others: potential or current employers, professional bodies, DFAT or embassies.

Accessing UMail and StudyDesk after Graduation
To access your UMail account and StudyDesk after Graduation make sure you don't forget your username and password. Graduates have lifetime access to UMail and UConnect, but all StudyDesk access stops 12 months after Graduation. If you have forgotten your password please contact your Student Relationship Officer for assistance.
