Delivery of materials

Study packages start being dispatched six weeks before each semester commences.

If your study package has been dispatched by courier service, you will receive an email which provides postage details (despatch date, method of delivery, consignment number and contents). This email will be sent to your student UMail account.

If you are within Australia, you will receive your package by Australia Post or courier service. Overseas packages are delivered using TNT Express couriers.

If there is a delay in the production of study material for a particular course, you may receive part of your study package. Your packing slip will advise you the outstanding item(s) will be mailed when available.

Overseas post office boxes

TNT does not deliver to post office box addresses overseas in most countries. The few exceptions include the UAE, India, the Middle East, PNG and the Pacific Islands, and only if a phone number is provided. In all other countries, a physical street address must be provided or the parcel will not leave Australia.

If you have an alternative address, please notify us and send us an email via USQAssist. Failure to do this may delay the despatch of your package.

Delivery via USQ Education Partners

If you are an international student who has enrolled with one of our Education Partners, you will not be sent individual study packages. Study materials are bulk-mailed from USQ to the partner's office for collection prior to the start of the semester.

Missing and damaged materials

Care and attention is taken when dispatching study packages, however, occasional errors occur. If an item is missing, firstly check the packing slip for items on backorder, If your study package is damaged, or a page is missing, please contact us:

Waiting for the arrival of your study package?

To monitor and track the status of your study package:

  1. Log into UConnect
  2. Click on UDo tab
  3. Click on Study Materials Despatch
  4. Select the semester from the list
  5. Click Continue.

From here you can view the date the package was sent (if dispatched), or when it was ready for despatch, the consignment number (for tracking) and the items included in the package.

Australia Post delivery service is called eParcel and each package is given a consignment note for tracking. You can track your package online via eParcel or telephone Australia Post eParcel on 131318.

Overseas packages are dispatched using TNT Express couriers are also allocated a consignment number and can be tracked on the TNT website.
