Packing slips

A packing slip is included in all study packages, itemising all of your study materials.

When you receive your study package, you should:

• check the packing slip against the contents of your study package to make sure you have received all listed items
• check that your assignment labels have been included
• check that your personal details on the slip are correct.

If there are items or study pieces missing or incorrect, double check on the packing slip the missing items aren’t on backorder. If this isn’t the case, please contact us:
