Cancelling your enrolment

If you are a current USQ student and wish to cancel your enrolment from your program, you are required to notify USQ by either:

Please note: If you are an International student wishing to cancel your enrolment, please notify USQ International.

Important dates

To avoid incurring financial penalties, you should be aware of the last dates to drop courses.

Changes must be made by 12.00pm (AEST) via UConnect or 5.00pm (AEST) for faxes, email or in writing on these dates.

• Student Services offers step-by-step guidance and support to help you make the decision that is best for you. If you are thinking of leaving USQ, please consider your alternatives before you make your final decision.
  
  
• USQ has an online questionnaire for all students called AWARE (Academic Warning and Reflection Exercise). AWARE is for all our students who are concerned about their academic performance.
  
  
• If you wish to be absent for one whole academic year, you should apply to take a leave of absence, rather than cancelling your enrolment.
