Refund of fees

If you are a domestic student, and you:

• withdraw from a course before the census date, you will generally not be liable for fees for that course
• withdraw before the census date, and have already paid up-front fees for a course, a refund may be requested from the USQ Financial Services Department at usqdebt@usq.edu.au or +61 7 4631 1865.

Generally, if you withdraw from a course after the census date, the fee liability remains unless you apply for a refund of fees:

•  waive academic penalty and fee reversal.
