Waive academic penalty and fee reversal
You are able to withdraw from courses without academic or financial penalty if you do so prior to the census date of each Semester (end of week four for Semesters 1 and 2 and week 3 for Semester 3).
If you withdraw from courses prior to the withdrawal date (week eight for Semesters 1 and 2 and week 6 for Semester 3), this will be without academic penalty, however you will still incur financial liability.
The University recognises that occasions may arise in which you find it necessary to drop a course after the census date or withdrawal date. In such cases, the academic penalty may be waived and the fees reversed if the course is dropped for special circumstances including;
- family or personal
- employment related, or
- University or Partner error.
