Work Integrated Learning (WIL) is a range of work-related activities and experiences undertaken to better prepare you for future employment. One of the most beneficial WIL experiences is a work placement which involves working with a dedicated professional who can coach, mentor and supervise this important aspect of your student learning journey.
There are four main types of WIL that might be included in your program, but the type you undertake will depend on your specific area of study. You can find more information about these types on CareerHub in our 'Hit the Ground Running' guide to WIL at USQ. You will also be able to view a list of WIL courses within your program of study.
If you would like to undertake a WIL placement, please contact the Work Integrated Learning Facilitator (Springfield), the Industry Experience and Development Officer (Toowoomba and Distance Education) or the Graduate Employment Officer (Fraser Coast).
