We run a number of events throughout the year to connect you with our students.
We can arrange group meetings, information sessions or employer presentations which will provide you with the opportunity to speak directly to our students. You are also able to request that your presentation be recorded so it is accessible by our distance education students.
Our email distribution service allows you to promote your opportunities directly via an email distribution to a targeted group of students. We can also undertake mail distributions.
Your company is welcome to send us promotional material relating to organisational career paths, graduate programs and job opportunities, which will be put on display in our on-campus drop-in centres.
You can promote your organisation by registering on CareerHub, our online job boticeboard and careers centre. It is free to register and post employment opportunities.
USQ Careers & Employment offers employers the opportunity to advertise and promote their organisation via a Web Banner on CareerHub. With over 29 000 students registered on USQ CareerHub this is a very effective way of raising your organsiations profile.
Another way to enhance your profile as an employer, is to host a student for an industry experience or Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement. You are under no obligation to provide the student with paid employment at the end of a placement, however it can be a good way to access emerging talent should any opportunities arise.
Sponsoring a scholarship can help you promote your organisation amongst students and the University.
