Register with Disability Resources
A team of dedicated staff are available at each of the campuses to discuss what supports may be available during your studies at USQ.
To register with Disability Resources, you will be required to participate in an initial appointment to discuss what services and supports may assist you during your studies. This appointment will take approximately one hour and either face to face or telephone appointments are available. Contact Student Services to arrange an appointment.
The Disability Documentation Checklist (PDF* 72KBoutlines the kind of documentation that can be used to verify your disability. You will be required to complete the following documentation to complete your registration with Disability Resources:
- Student Services Client Detail Form
- Student Services Consent Form
- Disclosure Form
- Medical Certificate
- Advocacy Form

Your privacy and disclosure
At times it may be necessary for us to communicate with other university staff and disclose disability related information, in order to successfully negotiate appropriate services and supports.
