Alternative formatting

Disability Resources is responsible for organising the provision of documents in alternative formats, when required by students. This service is offered if you have difficulty reading the printed word.

Alternative formatting may include:

  • print documents on a particular coloured paper
  • enlarged print
  • Braille
  • electronic versions of documents that can be read by assistive technology such as screen reader.

Requests for alternative formatting can be made through Disability Resources and may take up to four weeks to implement at peak times during semester. Please contact staff at your campus as early as possible to avoid unnecessary delays in receiving your study materials.
