The free Panvax vaccine (Pandemic H1N1 Influenza (Swine Flu) Vaccine) is now available in most medical centres. Many hospitals, health facilities and your usual general practitioner are running vaccination clinics. Alternatively, the USQ Toowoomba Health Service is running limited vaccination clinics on campus for USQ students. The Campus Nurse, Toowoomba Campus is available to discuss which vaccines will need to be obtained for any proposed travel.
It will be necessary to provide information concerning: destination(s); time of departure; length of stay; type of accommodation; rural or city travel; previous immunisations.
Stocks of most vaccines required are maintained and if not, a script can be written and filled at a chemist.
