Order and activate your card

To order your membership card, you will:

• arrive in Australia 
• enrol in courses appropriate to your study program at USQ 
• receive information about obtaining your Allianz Global Assistance OSHC card during Orientation, or 
• access the Allianz Global Assistance website and log in using your student number, surname and date of birth.

If you want help in ordering your membership card, please ensure you attend the International Orientation program. At our Orientation, an Allianz Global Assistance OSHC representative conducts an information session on the basics of OSHC, and provides personal support to help you order your card.

You may need to discuss your OSHC with an Allianz Global Assistance representative if:

• you arrive more than two weeks before International Orientation
• arrive after International Orientation has finished
• your online membership activation has not worked
• you are a student sponsored by:
  • AusAID
  • An Australian government agency
  • Australian or Foreign government Defence Force, or
  • Foreign government scholarship.

Toowoomba campus students can obtain assistance from the Allianz Global Assistance OSHC Representative located at Student Services. Current hours can be obtained from Student Services (G Block) or by phone: +61 7 4631 2372.

Springfield and Fraser Coast campus students can obtain assistance by contacting Allianz Global Assistance by phoning 13 OSHC (13 67 42) or by submitting an OSHC request for assistance online.
