Renew your cover

As a Student visa holder, it is your responsibility to make sure your OSHC is active and renewed before its expiry date. If you allow your OSHC to expire, this will put you at risk of being liable for expensive medical bills, should an accident or illness occur, and can also jeopardise the continuity of your Student visa.

To renew your Allianz Global Assistance OSHC cover:

• access the Allianz Global Assistance website and view the payment options, or
• visit our Allianz Global Assistance OSHC representative at Student Services USQ Toowoomba, G Block
• by mail by completing the Application Renewal Form. Payment can be made by credit card, bank cheque or money order.

Renewing lapsed cover

If you forget to renew your OSHC, you will be required to pay both the premiums for the lapsed insurance period and the premiums for the new period of insurance.
