Anxiety

Anxiety is generally the experience of excessive worry or fear that impacts significantly on your life such that you are not able to do things as you normally would. If you experience anxiety, you will notice physical, emotional, and behaviour symptoms which can sometimes be immobilising. People who experience anxiety often engage in avoidant strategies, which can further perpetuate their anxiety. It is quite typical for university students to experience some anxiety associated with their exams or assignment work.
