Motivation
At times throughout your university life, you may find yourself lacking energy and drive. You may find it difficult to get out of bed; struggle to focus on assignments; or perhaps struggle to simply find the motivation to start their reading and learning.
Need help?
Our counsellors are trained to assist students who are struggling to be motivated. The lack of motivation may be a function of the course you are studying and a lack of interest; a result of a physical illness, depression or a significant event in your life that is draining you of energy and strength. We can assist you in working through these issues to increase motivation and your drive to succeed.
