Stress management

We all experience stress in our lives and, at times, our stress can become overwhelming and our usual coping strategies don’t seem to work. As a student, you are most likely juggling your uni studies with other life commitments, which can sometimes make you feel overwhelmed. Some students experience a high level of stress coming up to exam times. Understanding how stress impacts on you and knowing how to manage it will help you to progress through your studies.
