Policies and procedures

Prior to sitting for an examination, students should familiarise themselves with USQ's examination procedures. These procedures include information on:

  • examination code of conduct
  • materials/tools accepted during examinations
  • deferred examinations
  • students with disabilities.

Students should also refer to the examinations and results policies, section 5.6 of the USQ Academic Regulations for further information.

Examination centres

Examination centres have been established throughout Australia and in some overseas cities. It is USQ policy that if you live within 100 kilometres of an established examination centre, you must sit for examinations at that centre.

Students should note that the list of exam centres (PDF 30 kb) may change each semester.

Examination results

Results are usually available 2 weeks after the exam period and can be accessed from USQAdmin. You will be required to logon using your USQConnect username and password.

Students should refer to the results legend and glossary to assist them with queries relating to their grades.
