Results release

Results are released to all students approximately two weeks after the end of each examination period. Results are available from UConnect where an unofficial enrolment record can be printed if required. Please note that for Semesters 1, 2 and 3 when you log into UConnect on results release day, a ‘Results’ tab displaying your grades will automatically appear for 4 days.

The results legend and glossary will assist students with queries relating to their grades.

Official academic transcripts are mailed to students once they are eligible to graduate, alternatively students can order an official academic transcript from Student Support.

Eligibility to graduate

Students who have been deemed by their Faculty to have completed the requirements of a program as a result of course/s completed in the last Semester will receive in the mail an Academic Transcript and graduation information approximately two weeks after the official semester results release date.

If you wish to check your graduation status please access your unofficial enrolment record from UConnect. At the bottom of the enrolment record the words 'Program completed; Eligible to Graduate' will appear within three days of the release of your last course result, if you are deemed to have successfully completed your program. 

All graduates (except those graduating from a Certificate, Graduate Certificate or Postgraduate Certificate program) must complete a Graduation Response form which will be forwarded with the academic transcript and other graduation information. Other relevant graduation ceremony information is also available on the web.

Students who have completed a Certificate, Graduate Certificate or Postgraduate Certificate program will receive their testamur and an academic transcript in the mail within a month of completing their program. Students graduating from these programs do not attend Graduation Ceremonies and therefore do not need to complete a Graduation Response Form.
