Packing slips

A packing slip is included in all study packages itemising all study materials included in your study package.

When you receive your study package, you should:

• check off the packing slip against the contents of your study package to make sure you have received all listed items 
• check that your assignment labels have been included
• check that the personal details on the slip are correct.

If there are items or study pieces missing or incorrect, please use the Ask a Question tab at USQAssist and advise of the error.

It is also important to check first to see there is not a stamp saying 'out of stock items will be mailed when available'. If this is the case any missing items have been backordered and will be sent to you as soon as possible.
