Tracking packages
Students can check the status of their study package on UConnect. Follow the navigation below.
- Log-in UConnect
- Click on UDo tab
- Click on Study Materials Despatch
- Select the semester from the list
- Click Continue.
From here students can view the date their package was sent (if dispatched), or when it was initiated (ready for despatch), the consignment number (for tracking) and the items included in the package.
The Australia Post service is called eParcel and each package is given a consignment note for tracking. Students can telephone Australia Post eParcel on 131318 and quote their consignment number to trace the delivery of their study package.
Overseas packages dispatched using TNT Express couriers are also allocated a consignment number and can be tracked on the TNT website.
