Missing and damaged materials
All care and attention is given to the production and despatch of study packages, however, occasional errors occur. If an item is missing (check the packing slip for items on backorder) or damaged, or a page is missing, contact Student Support. Be specific in your inquiry and describe the missing or damaged item.
Similarly, accidents do occur at home. Although very few additional copies of items are kept, again, contact Student Support if your material becomes unusable.
