Student ID Card

Student identification (ID) cards are provided by the USQ Student Guild. To obtain an ID Card, students need to download an ID Card application form from the Student Guild website. Please note you need to be a registered user of this website in order to access the ID Card application form. If you are not a registered user click on the 'Sign Up' button on the right-hand menu of the website and follow the procedures (you may need to wait 24 hours for your information to be activated).

Once registered, fill the ID Card Application Form out and post it in with a passport size photograph of yourself which has been witnessed on the back by an authorised person. Authorised persons include Justices of the Peace, Notary Publics, Police Officers, School Teachers or University Professors. Post the photo and application form to:

There is no payment required and your first ID Card which will be returned to you in the post. If you are on campus, call into the Student Guild Members Services Desk at the Clive Berghofer Recreation Centre in Baker Street to have your photograph taken for your ID Card Monday - Friday 6.00am - 9.00pm and Saturday - Sunday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

If you are an international student living overseas there will be a charge of AUD10.00 for your ID Card for postage and handling. The payment options are by money order or credit card, please contact the Member Services Officer for more information.

Student ID Card photographs are also taken at Regional Orientation Meetings held in major centres of Eastern Australia at the beginning of Semesters 1 and 2.

Your card will admit you into the computer rooms, allow you to borrow books from the Library, use the photocopiers and purchase items from the vending machines during Residential School. It will also entitle you to receive discounts at businesses you may visit across Australia.
