e-Learning project and support officers

e-Learning Project and e-Learning Support Officers provide specific assistance in a range of new technologies including learning management systems and other internet based products.  As these become more regularly used as part of course delivery, additional training and advice on how to best use such technologies are provided to academic staff. 

USQStudyDesk support is a primary function of both the e-Learning Project Officer and the e-Learning Support Officer.  In addition to providing email, telephone and face-to-face support to academic staff as required, they are also responsible for developing online tutorials and liaising closely with other DeC staff on course development teams.
