Outreach Services

Outreach Services is located in the USQ Support Centre at the main Toowoomba campus and co-ordinates a range of services to support the student learning journey.

The Outreach Services team help with a range of general enquiries such as assignment submission, examinations, lecturer contact, systems access, study materials, enrolment etc.  If an enquiry cannot be answered, support staff will know who can help.

USQAssist is an online self-serve facility for students to find answers to questions at any time, and submit questions.  Enquiries are tracked to ensure a prompt response.
