Bachelor of Social Science (Social Science and History)

Want to understand the events that have shaped our world? The Bachelor of Social Science (Social Science and History) gives you the chance to piece together information from the past and apply it to current events and issues through critical thinking and real-world application. You will examine world civilisations, historic and contemporary Australia, race relations in Australian history, European and American history and the 20th century. Through this study you will discover the stories behind some of the greatest and most significant events the world has seen.

This degree will encourage you to examine the political, psychological, cultural and environmental issues that affected society in the past, and how they can influence the choices we now make for modern society.
