The following pathway will help you on your journey to working as an actor:
Actors are skilled to perform character roles in dramatic productions and work in a variety of settings including theatre, film, television, opera, radio, children’s and young people’s theatre and community theatre. Actors are usually required to attend auditions, memorise and interpret scripts and rehearse their roles to prepare for performances, among many other duties.
Actors may also choose to undertake additional education and training to become secondary school drama teachers.
