The Diploma of Science (Environment and Sustainability) is perfect if you are a bit unsure about studying at uni and would like to start with a bite-sized chunk. The Diploma is a qualification in its own right, and can stop there if you want to. But it is also a pathway to a Bachelor degree, which means that the eight courses you have studied can count towards your degree. You will complete eight courses that will establish fundamental environmental concepts that can be applied in the workplace to assist in the management of natural resources in a sustainable manner.
After completing the Diploma of Science (Environment and Sustainability), you can continue your studies with the Bachelor of Science (Environment and Sustainability).
As a graduate, you will be provided with general environment and sustainability knowledge in preparation for a career in a number of areas within the resource management, biodiversity conservation or climate change area.
