Graduate Certificate in Climate Adaptation

Adapting to and preventing the impacts of climatic change is one of the most important issues society is dealing with. Want to understand climate change, climate adaptation, and how we interact with the environment at a regional and global level?

If you already have a bachelor degree and are looking to expand your knowledge into the area of climate change, the Graduate Certificate in Climate Adaptation is the degree for you.

A Graduate Certificate in Climate Adaption will provide you with the skills and knowledge to allow you to apply the principles of climate adaption across a range of different professions and assess the risks and opportunities that may arise from climate changes. On completion of this certificate, you will be able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of global climate change as well as scientific knowledge and concepts. You will also be adept at assessing the impact humans have upon the constantly changing climate system.

Throughout the course you will have the opportunity to get a taste for natural resource management by a selection of courses offered by the Australian National University.
