- 3-year degree in engineering, science or technology in the same field of study as their proposed major study
or
- 4-year degree in engineering, from a recognised college or university

Applying directly to USQ:
- Semester 2, 2013 - applications close Monday 1 July 2013
- Semester 3, 2013 - applications close Monday 28 October 2013
- Semester 1, 2014 - applications close Monday 17 February 2014.
Credit for previous study or work experience
No credit for previous work or study will be able to count towards a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Technology. If you have completed the same or similar courses at USQ, or another institution, you can apply to vary your program enrolment with approval from the Program Coordinator.
