Graduate Certificate in Indigenous Mental Health and Well-Being

Offered in conjunction with our Centre for Australian Indigenous Knowledges (CAIK), the Graduate Certificate in Indigenous Mental Health and Well-Being is designed with working professionals in mind.

Suitable for general practitioners, nurses, psychologists, social workers, counsellors and psychotherapists wishing to expand their knowledge, this graduate certificate provides a deeper understanding of Indigenous Australian social, health and mental health issues.

You will gain the necessary skills to apply culturally appropriate intervention strategies suitable for both clinical and community settings, as well as the knowledge to interact with and treat Indigenous Australians suffering from mental health problems and disorders.
