Master of Education (Special Education)
USQ’s Master of Education (Special Education) extends your specialist knowledge, experience and skills working with students with learning difficulties. You will have the opportunity to study in the areas of behaviour management, Autism Spectrum Disorder and teaching students with high support needs.
Study flexibility
If you are not sure whether you would like to complete an entire Masters degree, apply to study USQ’s Postgraduate Certificate in Education and take the credit from your studies to the Master of Education if you decide to continue studying.
Career opportunities
Do you want to work in a special school or in a regular classroom? With groups of students or on an individual basis? Graduates of the Master of Education (Special Education) will have the skills to lead educators successfully in special education or the disabilities sector. Career opportunities also exist in training related fields, human services and community-based government organisations.
