Master of Engineering Technology (Environmental Engineering)

USQ’s Master of Engineering Technology (Environmental) is ideal for engineers or scientists who want to extend their knowledge of environmental engineering.

Through USQ’s Master of Engineering Technology you can decide the path of your study with the option to take a 12 unit coursework studies pathway or undertake 8 units of coursework plus a 4 unit project and research dissertation. Your coursework will develop your research methodology skills and prepare you for a variety of areas relevant to your major including: irrigation science, urban and regional planning and hydrology.

The research project and dissertation is a stepping stone to further research degrees, such as PhD.

You may also be able to graduate sooner with a Graduate Certificate in Engineering Technology after completing 4 units.

The Master of Engineering Technology is not accredited by any professional bodies other than the University of Southern Queensland.
