Master of Engineering Technology (Transdisciplinary Engineering)

USQ’s Master of Engineering Technology (Transdisciplinary Engineering) is ideal for engineers or scientists who want to extend their knowledge of engineering and expand it into a wider range of disciplinary areas.

Through USQ’s Master of Engineering Technology you can decide the path of your study with the option to take a 12 unit coursework studies pathway or undertake 8 units of coursework plus a 4 unit project and research dissertation. After completing the core unit on research methodology you will be able to select your coursework from a civil, power systems, mechanical, mechatronic, agricultural, environmental, structural and electrical electives, allowing you to adapt your study according to your individual interests.

The research project and dissertation is a stepping stone to further research degrees, such as PhD.
