Master of Learning and Development (Career Development and Lifelong Learning)
USQ’s Master of Learning & Development (Career Development) is ideal if you work in teaching, counselling, training, employment or community development roles and support the career planning and development of students, clients, and organisations.
This degree is for new and experienced practitioners looking to focus on big picture issues in career development, including policy, employability and learning. Designed to tap into your work environment, with learning that is relevant and useful, this degree enables you to complete a work-based project for assessment.
A research pathway is also available for students wishing to undertake future research higher degree studies.
Study flexibility
If you are not sure whether you would like to complete an entire Masters degree, apply to study USQ’s Postgraduate Certificate in Learning & Development and take the credit from your studies to the Master of Learning and Development if you decide to continue studying.
A pathway also exists to the Doctor of Education or Doctor of Philosophy.
