We provide information and advice for: International studentsApproximately 7,400 international students of more than 120 nationalities are currently studying at USQ via three modes of study: on-campus, off-campus and online. As an international university, we recognise the specific needs of our international students. The Ontario Teachers CollegeWe will provide credit for the assessed education-related 'Schedule D' professional development programs. Students or applicants who have these awards are invited to submit their qualifications for credit. Australian Defence ForceOur distance education programs are ideal for members of the Australian Defence Force as students are able to undertake their studies anywhere in Australia or whilst they are posted overseas. ScholarshipsYou may be eligible to apply for a USQ scholarship to assist you financially. OrientationOrientation is the official start of the university year, so it's important that you come along. Take the opportunity to find out about the different teaching and learning processes of the university, familiarise yourself with the faculty, pick up details about your program and get to know your lecturers, tutors and other new students. Support from university staff and students, especially in the early days, will be invaluable in making you feel part of USQ and the Faculty of Education community. |
