About copyright
You will create and use works that are subject to Copyright. Copyright protects the rights of the creator; it applies automatically on the creation of a work. It is therefore important to have an understanding of Copyright law and how it impacts on you.
The Copyright website provides advice about the copyright implications of:
- uploading certain types of material on StudyDesk
- copying and communicating works to students
- providing links to online resources on StudyDesk
- using works that have an Open Access Licence (e.g. Creative Commons Licence).
