 Background     Hamish has competed in every summer Paralympic games since 1992, including the most recent in Athens in 2004.  As a member of the Australian National Paralympic team he has competed against the best in the world in shot-put and discus.

 Testimonial Hamish is balancing his workload, training and study, with support from USQ's Elite Athlete Program.
"My past experiences with tertiary education have not been good because I was required to attend class and that was just too hard with my schedule," Hamish said.
"With USQ however their excellent distance education program and Elite Athlete Program have allowed me the flexibility to continue my study."
