Rebecca (Bec) began playing hockey when she was 11 years old after friends invited her to a 'have-a-go' training session. The session sparked an interest which saw Bec play in her first representative game in her first year with the Toowoomba under 11 team.

- Toowoomba under 18 and under 21
- Toowoomba Northern Suburbs
- Brisbane Eastern Suburbs
- Queensland under 18 and under 21

- Maintain Queensland Academy of Sport Scholarship
- Play a full season for Toowoomba's Northern Suburbs and Brisbane Eastern Suburbs teams
- Represent the Queensland Scorchers, the under 21 team and the Australian Jillaroos
- Represent Australia at the Olympic and Commonwealth games
- success as a Physical Education Teacher
- promote Hockey at schools.
