Project conference

The project conference is a technical conference in which the final year students of the Faculty completing their Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Spatial Science will each present a paper on their project work. This year the conference will be held on 17 and 18 September 2009.

Students enrolled in course ENG3902 Professional Practice 1 are required to participate in the conference as part of their introduction to project work. As well as present, students enrolled in ENG4903 Professional Practice 2 must also attend sessions of the conference, particpating as a delegate.

Professional engineers, surveyors cartographers/GIS professionals in the Darling Downs region are also invited to participate in the conference as guests of the Faculty. Registration is required to permit appropriate organisation, details are available from Raylene Jones.
