Ethics and professionalism
The ethics and professionalism session is compulsory for both on-campus and external students held during the professional practice residential school.
This period is devoted to the professional bodies' discussion about ethics, professionalism, professional responsibilities and processes expected of practising professionals and by the professions and society in general.
There is also time for exit interviews where the professional body representatives ask students to reflect on their program, its content, relevance and the positive and shortcomings of the course content.
This is also an opportunity for the professions to learn about graduates' expectations and capabilities so that the professional bodies can better develop and accommodate the emerging modern professional. Hence, while the professional bodies impart knowledge to you that will assist you in your new work environment, the session should be highly interactive and a valuable learning experience for all participants.
