Important dates
To avoid incurring financial penalties, you should be aware of the last dates to add or drop courses. Changes must be made by 12.00pm (AEST) via USQConnect or 5.00pm (AEST) for faxes, email or in writing on these dates.
Thinking of dropping out?
Before you make a final decision of dropping out we encourage you to contact Student Services to find out any alternatives that may be available.
Students who wish to be absent for a whole academic year, should apply to defer or take a leave of absence.
Not doing too well at Uni?
The University has developed an online questionnaire for all students called AWARE (Academic Warning and Reflection Exercise). AWARE is for all USQ undergraduate and postgraduate course work students concerned about their academic performance. In particular it is useful for students who have been sent a warning about Conditional Academic Standing or asked to Show Cause.
