Guide for international direct students

The following steps may be used as a quick guide to enrolment, or you may choose to print the Enrolment Guide (PDF 805 kb) to use as a visual reference once you are ready to enrol online. Further information including screen shots about each step is also provided.

Are you studying via a USQ partner or agent?

If you are an international student studying via a USQ Education Partner or Agent, you may not be able to enrol online. Please consult the staff at your partner/agent office who will provide assistance.

Prepare to enrol

Prior to enrolling online, you should prepare by:

ensuring you have received your offer letter which contains your USQConnect username and password
referring to the USQ Handbook to familiarise yourself with the program structure and recommended enrolment pattern for the program and major you intend to study
making a list of the courses you wish to study and check the semester, mode and campus of offer
reading the additional Faculty enrolment information.

Overview of steps to enrol

	Disclaimer This is a compulsory step, you will not be able to continue the process until you accept the USQ Privacy Statement and Disclaimer.
	Contact details Enter and update your contact details. You should also nominate your exam centre here if you are enrolling in one or more external or web courses for 2008.
	Statistical details For government reporting purposes, you must provide the statistical details prior to enrolling in classes.
	Fees Select your payment option. Before completing this step, you are urged to read the further information provided.
	Select major Select or change your major, minor or elective.
	Class enrolment Add or drop classes for a selected semester.

Ready to enrol?

Online enrolment is accessed through USQAdmin, a component of USQConnect. You will need to logon using your USQConnect username and password, then choose USQAdmin > Enrolment. If you experience difficulties with this process, please telephone +61 7 4631 2063.
