Step 2 - Addresses

Try it! UConnect Learning To ensure your contact details are correct, you can check and update them at any time during the year by using the Personal Information links in the Student Centre within UConnect.

Mail address

Your mail address needs to be kept up to date to ensure you receive all correspondence from the University, including study materials if you are an external student. It is compulsory for all students to have a valid mail address. For students living overseas, mail cannot be delivered to a Postal Box.

Students living outside Australia should list their whole address including State (or equivalent), Country and Postcode/Zipcode from that country.

Home address

Your home address is your permanent home address and is required by the Australian Government. This address must not be a Postal Box number.

If your mail address and home address are the same, please do not enter text such as 'as above' for your address. Simply re-type the details of your mailing address in the Home address fields. For International students, your 'home' address must be your country of origin. 

Exam address

Students enrolling in one or more external or web courses are required to nominate an exam centre. You can change this address by changing your exam centre on step 5 of the Pre-Enrolment Wizard or on the My Program tab.

On-campus students must sit examinations at the campus at which they are enrolled (eg, Toowoomba, Fraser Coast or Springfield).
