The Faculty of Business and Law celebrates the success of all its alumni and is keen to stay in touch with news and events of the Faculty throughout the next stage of your lives.  In 2013, the Faculty is continuing to focus on updating and refining our program offerings with a view to ensuring we are as relevant and effective as possible in preparing our graduates for the challenges of a global workplace.  The University is considering a structural change which may result in some new faculty identities and disciplinary mixes but we will continue to engage and work with and value graduates from all our programs. We look forward to re-connecting with alumni who are thinking about additional study and to working with you to solve any professional education challenges your organisations may face.

Research Programs The Faculty of Business & Law offers three Research Programs Master of Business Research,Doctor of Business Administration(DBAR) and Doctor of Philosophy (DPHD).  All programs provide an ideal pathway to suit various research candidates.  Research programs are offered on campus and by distance education.  Incentives may apply through Government’s Research Training Scheme (RTS).

Staff Profile Roger Lawrey is Professor of Economics and Head of School – Accounting, Economics and Finance. Roger has research interests in applied microeconomics including energy and resource economics, public utility pricing and the knowledge economy. His experience in the field spans more than 25 years working in industry, consultancy and academia in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and Brunei.
