Australian Entertainer of the Year, Rhonda Burchmore will appear at the Empire Theatre with the Ergon Energy USQ Big Band on Saturday 3 October.
Renowned for her effervescent personality and stunning voice, Rhonda will join the band to sing such favourites as Sway, Fly Me to the Moon, Too Darn Hot, Fever, L-O-V-E, Do You Know What it Means to Miss New Orleans, Can't Buy Me Love, At Last, For Once in My Life and Big Spender ... just to name a few!

Arts Graduates On-show in Brisbane
Celebrate the latest crop of emerging artists from USQ’s School of Creative Arts at the Arts Tradeshow in Brisbane on 29-30 October.
Enjoy a selection of free presentations in the Judith Wright Centre from 5pm each day including mini-performances by contemporary jazz and classical piano, violin, voice and flute ensembles; an exhibition and Visual Artist talks; and Creative Media documentaries; together with the annual Theatre Showcase.

Shakespeare Tours Schools
Last chance to book an in-school performance to entertain and engage secondary students!
Black Box Shakespeare will be touring into Toowoomba and regional schools during Term 4 (12-16 October). The 50-minute shows combine artistic elements of Shakespeare, poetry, humour, song and dance - and support the secondary school English and Drama curriculum.

Kaiservilla is an exhibition of works by Kate Rohde inspired by a photograph of Keiservilla, the former summer capital of the Austra-Hungarian Hapsbury monarchy. Read more>>
Running concurrently in the gallery will by De-cadence, curated by Tiffany Shafran and featuring works by artists who, inspired by a Baroque sensibility, incorporate found objects, pattern and intuitive rhythmical constructions within their work. Read more>>
The exhibitions will be officially opened on 7 October and on-show until 28 October.
