The Australian Journal of Organisational Behaviour & Management (previously Journal of Management and Organisational Behaviour) is a refereed electronic journal of the Department of Management & Organisational Behaviour (formerly the Department of Human Resource Management & Employment Relations), Faculty of Business, University of Southern Queensland.
Objectives of the Journal
The primary purpose of this journal is to act as a learning aid for students of the university. The journal also aims to contribute to the general body of knowledge in management and organisational behaviour by establishing a forum whereby practitioners and academics can share their knowledge, experiences and ideas. As such, the journal may include case studies, research articles, literature reviews and responses to previously published articles.
Intended Audience
The primary audience for which this journal is intended includes students and staff of the University of Southern Queensland. The journal also aims to appeal to a wider audience that includes academicians and practitioners with an interest in the improvement of management and organisational behaviour practice in Australia and internationally.
