Submissions to the Australian Journal of Organisational Behaviour & Management (formerly the Australian Journal of Management and Organisational Behaviour) are welcomed by students, academics and practitioners alike. Whether you have written (or wish to write) a paper for publication, or you have simply found a site that is of interest to our readers, let us know by completing the following form. Before submission please refer to the Information for Contributors page in this journal for a synopsis and editorial requirements about our journal.
In the first instance, authors are requested to submit their names, the title of the article, and a brief abstract of their paper for editorial perusal. Upon acceptance, authors will be invited to submit a fully completed version of their paper. Contact HRM@usq.edu.au for any further queries about submitting a manuscript.
