Bruce's principal interests are in the dynamics and strategies of organisational change and learning as well as creative leadership. While his research has involved companies in Australia and Europe, he is also currently undertaking a study of management consultants in Australia and New Zealand. Bruce has recently co-authored an Australian text on organisational behaviour.
