Submission Details
Submissions to the International Journal of Organisational Behaviour are welcomed by people who research, teach and apply organisational behaviour. Papers sent to IJOB for publication should meet all of the criteria listed in the Information for Contributors before submission, otherwise the paper may be rejected thus delaying publication.
Authors may submit an article or paper without first submitting an abstract. Contact hrm@usq.edu.au for any further queries about submitting a manuscript.
