The Fraser Coast Alliance for the Advancement of Teaching (F-CAAT) is focussed on enhancing teaching through research, professional development and life-long learning opportunities. Offering a suite of professional development workshops, the F-CAAT creates opportunities for teachers to engage in scholarly activities that stimulate their intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, inquiry, discussion and reflection. These workshops aim to provide the necessary leadership skills to facilitate collegial mentoring within Professional Learning Networks (PLNs).

Registration for the 2013 Workshops for Educators can be completed online. There are also a wide range of other professional development workshops that can be negotiated with individual schools or school clusters upon request.
